April Update- I WILL stick to it!

So, I said back at Christmas I'd keep on at this blogging stuff- well I forgot, couldn't be bothered and basically had little or no inspiration, but things change and it's now April and I feel obliged to enter something, well actually I've decided to keep a blog which I WILL frequently update on Shadow's progress and journey, I'll try anyway- simply because I think it'd be a nice idea to have something to look back on and think- 'Oh my, we've come on in these past few months' when I'm having one of my 'I can't do it, I'm sh*t' weeks' So thought this would be nice, but also ( if I ever get any followers or if anyone is reading this) can read about me and my randomness :)

So I won't do Shadow's progress in this, this is more of an update, if you like, so I suppose I should really begin to update about my ever so hectic social life ( computers don't do sarcasm)
So I'm now off for the next two weeks, so great opportunity to get some revision done, after all, I would quite like some half decent qualifications in my life, but a great time to do some bits and bobs with Shadow, it'll be nice to begin my progress blogs sort of around now really :-).
Went to London yesterday, which was my first outing which wasn't horsey in a long time, the last time I ventured up there was in October 2008 and I rarely go anywhere unless it's equine related! So went with the family for a day trip up to London, how exciting! Got the train and it took a hour and a half to get there- sitting on a train can be quite interesting though, a couple were opposite me, and it's amazing the insight you get into someone who you've never mets life! Okay so didn't quite catch their name, but they're planning on going walking once a month around the park to get fit whilst they were off on a trip to India- the women was interested in Psychology and was moaning about her subscription to a Psychology magazine- she then begin to talk about how helpful the lady was helping her sort out her phone for whilst she's in India- she's on Orange mobile.
Arrive at Victoria station, and off to get food we go, we needed a pee, so off we go to the loos to discover that in order to get into the toilets, you have to pay 20p ( I know it's hardly any money but still!) to go in there and have to go through the turny things. They only accepted 20p coins, and we only had one, so I told my sister to climb under and I ( struggled) to climb over the thing, bloody piece of crap.
Underground stuff was stupid, so in we go into the taxi- was quite good, and went for a slight de tour round the posh parts of London, a estate worth £4 billion owned by the Duke Of Westminster, I couldn't believe how bloody expensive it all was- but if you're rich then why not? Mind you personally if you're sitting on that sort of money and own a spanking new Ferrari or Mercedes, I would rather have some nice big mansion in the country with lots of Land and have three Ferrari's not live in a tall, thin terraced house in London. But hey- each to their own!
History museum was boring, been there too many times and all those people peed me off, walking in front of me, standing on my feet, knocking into me, or the one which really peed me off is when you're reading a thing on the wall and then someone comes and stands directly in front of you and reads it or decides to take a photo- unfortunately I don't know what 'F*CKING MOVE' means in Arabic or Polish- also achey feet. So I won't be going back to London for a while, mind you, felt rather 'creative' on the way home, by taking rather scenic photos of Life from a Trains Perspective, okay I was bored :-).

My life is so exciting :)
